2. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

3. Refund Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality services. Refund eligibility depends on the service stage:

  • Store Development Projects
    • Full refund if the project has not started.
    • Partial refund if the project is in progress, based on completion level determined by Ecomeefy.
  • Dedicated Hiring Services
    • Full refund if our team has not started the project.
    • If the client cancels after work has started, refunds are prorated based on completed tasks.
    • No refunds for work already delivered.

4. Delivery & Client Responsibilities

  • On-Time Payments: Projects follow agreed payment schedules. Delays in payment may cause project delays.
  • Communication: Clients must provide timely responses and accurate information. Ecomeefy is not responsible for delays or incomplete projects caused by lack of communication.
  • Completeness of Information: Clients must provide necessary information for project completion. Ecomeefy is not liable for delays or missed deliverables due to incomplete information unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Ecomeefy’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Refunds are only issued in accordance with our refund policy and require written notice of cancellation.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of cancellation. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
